How long does the work take?
Duration depends on the area, the scope and the finishing level. We set it in a written schedule attached to the contract, broken into items and stages with clear dates, track it on site weekly, and any stoppage outside our control is documented in writing with its date.
What does the price include?
Our quotation is built on a bill of quantities (BOQ) that lists every item with its specification, quantity and price, and states what is and isn't included. Any addition or change during execution goes through a written change order, with its cost and time impact, signed by the client before work on it starts.
How are payments staged?
Payments are written into the quotation and tied to completion stages, and they carry over to the contract exactly as quoted, so you know before signing when each payment falls due and for which stage.
Who supervises the site?
Every project has a project manager responsible for it on site, with engineering follow-up from the head of projects, and each item is inspected and accepted before moving to the next.
Can I follow progress daily?
Yes. We publish a daily report with photos of the work completed on site, so you can follow your project's progress without having to visit every day.
