Maska Real Estate — Levels
A residential development in the Taybah district of Riyadh with a built-up area of 2,600 square metres, comprising eight villas across twenty-four residential units. The scope covered the interior design of the units in a calm contemporary language built on a warm palette of beige and sage grey, with materials pairing travertine and natural wood veneer to give the spaces visual depth without noise. The layout separates reception areas from the private wings, while floor-to-ceiling windows draw in daylight and tie the interior to its surroundings. Concealed lighting along the ceiling perimeters and curtain lines tunes the atmosphere through the day, and curved furniture in soft materials softens the architectural lines to deliver a complete and comfortable living experience.
